Shafer Vineyards

Shafer Vineyards has been producing wine in the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley since 1978. The Shafer family owns more than 80 hectares of vineyard land, including its Hillside Estate Vineyards, which surround the winery. In addition to producing its signature Cabernet Sauvignon, Hillside Select, Shafer makes Red Shoulder Ranch Chardonnay, TD-9 (a blend of Merlot, Cabernet, and Malbec), Relentless (a blend of Syrah and Petite Sirah), and One Point Five, a Cabernet Sauvignon. Robert Parker has called Shafer "one of the worlds greatest wineries."
