Emeritus Vineyards

In 1999, legendary vintner Brice Cutrer Jones founded Emeritus with the goal of establishing an estate to produce the New World’s finest Pinot Noirs. Guided by the philosophy that great wines are shaped by their soil, climate and people, Brice planted two remarkable vineyards: Hallberg Ranch and Pinot Hill and embraced dry farming. Each wine is expressive of where they are grown. Today, Emeritus is guided by second-generation President Mari Jones and Winemaker David Lattin, who have built on Emeritus’s reputation for crafting wines of incomparable elegance and complexity.
