Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Silver Oak Napa Cabernet is more of a Bordeaux blend with about 80% Cabernet from vineyards up and down Napa Valley. It is aged for two years in barrels from our own cooperage in Missouri, new oak barrels each vintage and then a further 30 months in the bottle before release. In 2016, our Oakville winery became the world’s first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum production winery for Existing Buildings, Operations and Maintenance. In 2018 our Alexander Valley winery received LEED Platinum certification for Building Design and Construction . The two Silver Oak wineries are the world’s first wineries to achieve each of these certifications.
