Sourced from our vineyards in Arroyo Seco, Monterey, this Chardonnay is crafted with a small lot approach. Recognized as “California’s First Family of Chardonnay”, our family was the first in California to produce a varietally labeled Chardonnay made from our Wente clone. Today, it’s estimated that 75% of all California Chardonnay stems from the Wente clone, which was originally planted in 1912.
