Lynette Chardonnay 2018

The “Lynette” Chardonnay utilizes extended élevage in 500 liter puncheons for approximately 20 months, twice as long as our standard version. The longer time in barrel builds the mid-palate and texture. 33% new oak from Cadus and DAMY with a 50% malolactic conversion and bâttonage as appropriate.
