Description
Light ruby red with aromas of black pepper and strawberry. Raspberry and cherry flavors are smooth from the initial taste to lingering finish. The distinctive nose is aromatic and fruity with a hint of spice.
The style of our 2019 Pinot is in the French tradition with a lighter color and juicy acidity, making it long lasting in the bottle and well paired with both flesh and fowl.
Cooler temperatures and a shorter growing season are reflected in this single-clone Pinot Noir, our third vintage featuring Dijon clone 667. The summer was dry and warm but the rains arrived early September.
