Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

This wine is a compelling expression of Napa Valley. It is meant to show classic dark, rich, blackberry and red cherry notes that are the signature of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Simultaneously, it does not shy away from secondary savory, peppercorn characters that also highlight the signature of the varietal. On the nose this wine has notes of blackberries, leather, cedar, peppercorn, and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it is rich and racy with dark plum fruit and strawberries that are supported by toasted nuts and cocoa powder. Built to age at least 10 years, it is also pleasing now.
