This ‘Les Noisetiers’ Chardonnay is Kistler’s multi-vineyard Chardonnay bottling based on the three Sonoma Coast vineyards. ‘Noisetiers’ means ‘hazelnut’ in French and “refers to the lightly toasted hazelnut characters manifested year in and year out from these sites.” The vinification draws on techniques used in Burgundy.
