Noble Tree Russian River Grenache 2018

Our Grenache is from a site with rocky, sandy loam soils. The clusters were hand-picked, cluster sorted, berry sorted and fermented with 20% whole clusters. Aged for ten months in 63% neutral oak barrels and 37% concrete egg tanks. Perfumed aromas of rose water and cherry blossom erupt on the nose, followed by bright notes of ripe raspberry, strawberry and white pepper. The palate is rich with warm woodsy red fruit flavors with nice spice and balanced acidity. A tremendous example of cool climate Grenache.
